Space Shuttle Aam Rocket Se Alag Kaise Hai?
Aamtaur par jo rockets space mein jaate hain, unka saara malba space mein bhatak jata hai ya samundar mein gir kar khatam ho jata hai. Lekin Space Shuttle ek **Reusable Spacecraft** hota hai. Ise rocket ki tarah tezi se aakash mein launch kiya jata hai, lekin jab ye space se wapas aata hai, toh ek normal glider airplane (hawai jahaj) ki tarah zameen par smooth land kar jata hai. Ek space shuttle mukhya roop se teen cheezon se milkar banta hai:
- 1. The Orbiter: Yeh wahi hissa hai jo hawai jahaj jaisa dikhta hai. Iske andar astronauts rehte hain aur ye space mein dharti ke chakkar lagata hai. NASA ke paas kul 5 orbiters the: Atlantis, Challenger, Columbia, Discovery, aur Endeavour.
- 2. External Tank (ET): Yeh beech mein laga bada sa orange rang ka fuel tank hota hai jo orbiter ke main engines ko fuel deta hai. Reentry ke waqt ye jalkar khatam ho jata hai.
- 3. Solid Rocket Boosters (SRB): Yeh do patle aur lambe side rockets hote hain jo shuttle ko dharti ki heavy gravity se baahar nikalne ke liye shuruat mein sabse zyada thrust dete hain.
Shuttle Kaise Launch Aur Land Hota Hai?
Launch hone ke thik 2 minutes baad dono side boosters separate hokar samundar mein gir jaate hain, jahan se special boats inhein nikal leti hain aur dobara repair karke use kiya jata hai. Pure fuel ke khatam hone par orange tank bhi alag ho jata hai.

๐ Step 1 - Vertical Launch: Shuruat mein Rocket ki tarah boosters aur main engines ki madad se ekdam sidha upar udaya jata hai.
๐ Step 2 - Booster Separation: 2 min baad dono boosters alag hokar samundar mein girte hain jahan se inhein wapas nikal kar agli flight ke liye taiyar kiya jata hai.
☄️ Step 3 - Tank Burn: Fuel khatam hone par bada orange tank space mein alag hota hai aur dharti ke vaayamandal mein aate hi jalkar nasht ho jata hai.
๐ฌ Step 4 - Glider Landing: Apna mission poora karne ke baad, Orbiter (plane jaisa hissa) bina kisi engine power ke ek bina fuel wale plane (Glider) ki tarah normal runway par land kar jata hai.
Space Shuttles ki madad se hi duniya ke bade bade kaam poore hue hain, jaise International Space Station (ISS) ke bade hisse space mein bhejna aur prasiddh Hubble Space Telescope ko orbit mein set karna.
Future Missions: BHARAT (ISRO) Ka Apna Space Shuttle
NASA ne saal 2011 mein apne saare space shuttles ko retire kar diya kyunki inka maintenance bohot mehenga tha. Lekin ab Bharat ki space agency **ISRO** ek anokha itihaas rachne ja rahi hai.
ISRO apne RLV-TD (Reusable Launch Vehicle - Technology Demonstrator) par tezi se advanced runway landing aur autonomous navigation tests kar raha hai, taaki aane waale samay mein Bharat ke paas sabse sasta aur asar daar reusable space shuttle system ho.
Wahi doosri taraf, **SpaceX** apne reusable tech se Mars par insaani basti basane aur bade cargo payloads ko space shuttle systems ke roop mein adjust karne ke bade projects par kaam kar raha hai.
